MagnaPrime HPV reagent kit is intended for the extraction of DNA of the analysed pathogens and human DNA from biological materials (scrapes or discharge of the urogenital tract mucosa (vaginal swabs, epithelial scrapes of the cervical mucosa (ectocervix and endocervix, including those collected into transport medium for liquid cytology), epithelial scrapes of the urethral mucosa), rectum) for subsequent analysis by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
