AmpliPrime® HR HPV 14 genotype
AmpliPrime® HR HPV 14 genotype reagent kit is intended for the qualitative and quantitative determination and differentiation of DNA of HPV types associated with a high risk of cervical epithelial dysplasia in women. The kit allows detecting 14 high-risk HPV types (16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68) in biological materials (scrapes or discharge of the urogenital tract mucosa (vaginal swabs, epithelial scrapes of the cervical mucosa (ectocervix and endocervix, including those collected into the transport medium for liquid cytology), epithelial scrapes of the urethral mucosa), rectum) by real-time PCR.
