MagnaPrime FAST reagent kit is intended for extracting DNA of biological agents from biological material (scrapes or discharge of the urogenital tract mucosa (vagina, cervical canal, urethra), oropharynx, rectum, conjunctiva, vesicular rash, and skin and mucosal erosions and ulcers; urine, prostate secretions) for subsequent analysis by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).
