AmpliPrime® HR HPV 16/18
AmpliPrime® HR HPV 16/18 reagent kit is intended for the qualitative and quantitative determination of DNA of HPV types associated with a high risk of cervical epithelial dysplasia in women. The kit allows detecting high-risk HPV types 16 and 18 in biological materials (scrapes or discharge of the urogenital tract mucosa (vaginal swabs, epithelial scrapes of the urethral mucosa, epithelial scrapes of the cervical mucosa, (ectocervix and endocervix) including those collected into transport medium for liquid cytology), rectum) by real-time PCR.
