AmpliPrime® HR HPV 14 reagent kit is intended for the qualitative and quantitative determination of DNA of high-risk human papillomavirus types 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68 in biological materials (scrapes or discharge of the urogenital tract mucosa (vaginal swabs, epithelial scrapes of the cervical mucosa (ectocervix and endocervix, including those collected into the transport medium for liquid cytology), epithelial scrapes of the urethral mucosa), rectum) by real-time PCR.
