AmpliPrime® SARS-CoV-2 DUO
The AmpliPrime SARS-CoV-2 DUO PCR kit is intended for qualitative detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA in biological specimens (nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs, sputum) for the diagnostics in individuals with clinical symptoms of respiratory disease and suspected COVID-19 infection or individuals without any symptoms of catarrhal diseases who were not in contact with any COVID-19 patients by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) with real-time fluorescence hybridisation detection.
