MagnaPrime UNI nuclear acid extraction kit (hereafter referred to as the kit) is intended for DNA/RNA extraction from biological specimens listed below to be further tested by polymerase chain reaction:

• whole blood, blood plasma and blood leukocytes;
• throat and nasal swabs, sputum, saliva;
• swabs from vaginal mucosa;
• scrapes of epithelium from cervical canal;
• scrapes of epithelium from urethra;
• urine (sediment of the first-catch morning urine);
• feces;
• cerebrospinal fluid.
