AmpliPrime® NCMT
AmpliPrime® NCMT reagent kit is intended for the qualitative and quantitative detection of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycoplasma genitalium and Trichomonas vaginalis DNA in biological materials (discharge of the urogenital mucosa (vaginal discharge, epithelial scrapes of the cervical mucosa and epithelial scrapes of the urethral mucosa), rectum, oropharynx, conjunctiva; urine, prostate secretions) by PCR with hybridisation-fluorescence detection. The reagent kit is used in clinical laboratory diagnostics for the study of biological materials from individuals with suspected sexually transmitted infections.- Specifications
