AmpliPrime® FLOROSCREEN®-Candida
AmpliPrime® FLOROSCREEN® Candidae reagent kit is intended for the quantification of fungal DNA of the genus Candida: C. albicans, C. glabrata, C. krusei, C. parapsilosis and C. tropicalis in biological materials (vaginal discharge) by PCR with hybridisation- fluorescence detection. The reagent kit is used in clinical laboratory diagnostics to study biological materials obtained from individuals with suspected urogenital tract infections.
