AmpliPrime® FLOROSCREEN®-Bacterial vaginosis
AmpliPrime® FLOROSCREEN® Bacterial vaginosis reagent kit is intended for the quantification of Gardnerella vaginalis, Atopobium vaginae, Lactobacillus spp. and the total number of bacteria in the biological material (vaginal discharge) by multiplex PCR with hybridisation-fluorescence detection. The reagent is used in clinical laboratory diagnostics for the study of biological materials obtained from individuals with suspected bacterial vaginosis, regardless of the form and presence of disease manifestation.
