AmpliPrime® PRRS reagent kit is intended for detecting RNA and genotyping of the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus by reverse transcription real-time PCR (RT-PCR). One-step RT-PCR; Exogenous internal control allows verifying the test procedure for each separate sample.
