AmpliPrime® PCV-2/PCV-3 reagent kit is intended for the detection and quantitative analysis of DNA of Porcine circovirus 2 and Porcine circovirus 3 in the porcine biological material by real-time PCR (qPCR). Quantitative analysis of pathogenic porcine circoviruses 2 and 3 in one tube; Exogenous internal control allows verifying the test procedure for each separate sample; Detection of several targets in one tube: multiplex format.
