AmpliPrime® CSFV reagent kit is intended to detect RNA of the Classical swine fever virus (CSFV) by reverse transcription real-time PCR (RT-PCR). One-step RT-PCR; Exogenous internal control allows verifying the test procedure for each separate sample.
