AmpliPrime® N. gonorrhoeae reagent kit is intended for the detection and quantification of Neisseria gonorrhoeae DNA in biological materials (scrapes or discharge of the urogenital tract mucosa (vaginal discharge, epithelial scrapes of the cervical mucosa, epithelial scrapes of the urethral mucosa), rectum, oropharynx, conjunctiva; urine, prostate secretions) by real-time PCR.
