AmpliPrime® C. trachomatis reagent kit is intended for the detection and quantification of Chlamydia trachomatis DNA in biological materials (scrapes or discharge of the urogenital tract mucosa (vaginal discharge, epithelial scrapes of the cervical mucosa and epithelial scrapes of the urethral mucosa), rectum, conjunctiva; urine, prostate secretions) by real-time PCR.
