AmpliPrime® RHDV / RHDV-2 reagent kit is intended for the detection and differentiation between RNA of the Rabbit haemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV, RHDVa, G I.1) and RHDV (RHDV2; G I.2.) type 2 in the biological material from rabbits and hares by reverse transcription real-time PCR (RT-PCR). One-step RT-PCR; Exogenous internal control allows verifying the test procedure for each separate sample; Detection of several targets in one tube: multiplex format.
