AmpliPrime® Bovine Leukosis reagent kit is intended for the qualitative analysis of DNA of the Bovine leukosis virus (BLV) in biological material by real-time PCR (qPCR) with fluorescence hybridization detection of amplification products. Exogenous internal control allows verifying the test procedure for each separate sample.
