AmpliPrime® HPV 6/11
AmpliPrime® HPV 6/11 reagent kit is intended for the qualitative and quantitative determination of DNA of HPV types 6 and 11, which belong to genotypes of low oncogenic risk, while they are not associated with the development of cervical cancer. The kit allows to detect HPV types 6 and 11 in biological materials (scrapes or discharge of the urogenital tract mucosa (vaginal swabs, epithelial scrapes of the urethral mucosa, epithelial scrapes of the cervical mucosa, (ectocervix and endocervix) including those collected into transport medium for liquid cytology), rectum) by real-time PCR.
