AmpliPrime® Bovine Chlamydiosis

AmpliPrime® Bovine Chlamydiosis reagent kit is intended for the qualitative analysis of DNA of Chlamydiaceae microorganisms and differentiation between Chlamydia abortus and Chlamydia pecorum in the bovine biological material by real-time PCR (qPCR). Exogenous internal control allows verifying the test procedure for each separate sample; Detection of several targets in one tube: multiplex format.
