AmpliPrime® IBB reagent kit is indented for detecting RNA of the infectious bursal disease virus in the biological material from sick and latently infected birds, as well as in pathological material from fallen and forcedly killed birds, in developing chick embryos and infected cell cultures by reverse transcription real-time PCR (RT-PCR). Exogenous internal control allows verifying the test procedure for each separate sample; Reverse transcription and PCR in one tube.
