AmpliPrime® GMO Screen

The reagent kit is intended for detection and differentiation of plant GMO/GMI DNA in plant-based raw material, food products and feeds containing plant-derived components, in food products, semi-finished products and feeds of animal origin in order to detect counterfeit raw material, food products, as well as unauthorized impurities in feeds by real-time PCR (qPCR).

The kit allows to detect DNA of:

- transgenes: mepsps and cp4-epsps; Cry1Ab, Cry1Ac, Cry2Ab2, Cry1A.105, Cry1Fa2, Cry2Ab2, Cry3Bb1, mCry3A, eCry3.1Ab; pat/bar; nptII;

- regulatory elements: promoters p35S CamV, 35S FMV, pSsuAra; terminators tE9 и tNOS;

- Cauliflower mosaic virus DNA.

Detection of several targets in one tube: multiplex format.
Endogenous control (plant DNA).
