AmpliPrime SARS-CoV-2 / Flu (A/B/H1pdm09) PCR kit is intended for qualitative detection of the SARS CoV-2, influenza A, B and influenza A subtype H1pdm09 (pandemic) RNA in biological specimens (nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs, sputum) during diagnostics and differential diagnostics of acute respiratory infection in individuals with clinical symptoms and public screening for viral carriage as well as for monitoring the treatment of diseases caused by the listed viruses using RT-PCR with real-time fluorescence hybridisation detection.
