AmpliPrime® FLOROSCREEN®-Aerobes
AmpliPrime® FLOROSCREEN®-Aerobes reagent kit is intended for the quantification of enterobacterial DNA (Enterobacteriaceae family, including E. coli, Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp., etc.), staphylococci (Staphylococcus spp.) and streptococci (Streptococcus spp.) in biological materials (vaginal discharge) by PCR with hybridisation-fluorescence detection. The reagent kit is used in clinical laboratory diagnostics to study biological materials obtained from individuals with suspected aerobic vaginitis.
