AmpliPrime® Salmon/Trout/Coho Salmon reagent kit is intended for detection of DNA of salmon family Salmo salar (Atlantic salmon), Oncorhynchus mykiss (rainbow trout), Oncorhynchus kisutch (coho salmon) in biological material (whole blood, plasma, blood serum, inner organs, body parts), semi-finished fish products, food products, animal feeds by real-time PCR (qPCR).
