AmpliPrime® Cod / Haddock / Pollack

AmpliPrime® Cod / Haddock / Pollack reagent kit is intended for detecting DNA of Gadus morhua (Atlantic cod), Melanogrammus aeglefinus (haddock), Theragra chalcogramma (pollack) fish by real-time PCR (qPCR). Exogenous internal control allows verifying the test procedure for each separate sample; Detection of several targets in one tube: multiplex format.
